Q. How do you price packages?

A. Every project is different. We strive to deliver the most cost-effective and efficent product while still maintaining extremely high quality, so we work with each client to meet their needs.

Q. How long will my video be?

  • 50 photos is approximately 4 to 7 minutes.
  • 100 photos is about 6 to 11 minutes.
  • 150 photos can be 10 to 13 minutes.

Q. How should I choose the order for my photos?
A. We will prepare your project in the order that you deliver the photos to us. You can choose to organize them in two different ways.
1. Chronologically:  baby pictures, childhood pictures, high school, college, dating.
2. By theme: eating, moving, vacationing, Mother's side of the family, Father's side of the family, cars he has owned, etc. *For wedding Slide Shows, many will show pictures of the groom growing up, pictures of the bride growing up, and then pictures of them together.

Q. Which photos should I choose to include?

  • Choose pictures that are candid and show character.
  • Choose a mix of close-ups & wide shot photos
  • Choose more horizontal shots than vertical shots
  • Avoid using photos that are too small or out of focus

Q. Can I create sections in a DVD so I can watch selected sections?
A. Of course! That is one of the reasons why the DVD format is so convenient.  We will be glad to create a menu that allows you to play individual sections of the DVD.

Q. Can my old black and white photographs be transferred to DVD?
Absolutely!

Q. How long will it take you to complete my project?
A. Turnaround time ranges from one week to four weeks depending on availability and the project.

Q. Can you retouch digital photos?
A. Yes, we’ll be happy to do minor retouching on digital photos.

Q. Can I pick my own music?
A. You can pick your own music for the project. To include copyrighted music you must own the original recording to be used in your production. Use of the track will be covered under your fair use rights of ownership.
